This is a 55 minute in person private session using the classical repertoire to address your body and your needs.

Duet Session

This a semi private session for two people. These sessions are best when both participants have similar needs and fitness levels.

Remote Session

Remote private session taught wherever you are in the world. Apparatus is recommended but not required.
